How long will my order take to get to me?

DUE TO COVID-19 TIMES WILL MAY BE DELAYED  

Your pet:

  • Domestic orders (United States) take 1-4 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 weeks.
  • International orders take 2-14 business days to be delivered via DHL, Royal Postal, and USPS and we ship within same 1-3 weeks.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

    What is the phone case made of

    The back is a hard polycarbonate, a very strong material use for the foundation of the case.

    The sides are a thermoplastic polyurethane, a material soft enough to take the impact of a fall and also resistant to oil, grease, and abrasion ensuring it to not discolor as other cases do.

    The front .5 mm raised bezel to protects the phones screen from cracking or being scratched.

    The design is UV printed with a strong matte and smooth finish.

     

    Returns/Exchanges

    Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

    • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or we can send you another of the same product 
    • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
    • To be eligible for a return, product must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • For returns, please email thepetcomic@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
    • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
    • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items unless it is at our fault.
    • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
    • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

     

    *Donation of all Proceeds 

    • Proceeds donated are all profits generated from the website after subtracting all expenses including, marketing, website maintenance, product design and fulfillment.
    • Minimum of $250 will be donated in 2021, to pet shelter providing tax receipt.
