All you need to do is submit your photo. Add some notes to your order at checkout if you have any specific requests. Then allow 1-2 weeks for our team to create the cartoon image. We will also email you a photo of our cartoon to make sure it's "pawfect" before we print and ship it.

How to get your custom phone case in 3 simple steps
- Choose a photo of your pet. Upload your favorite pet photo that you want on your phone case.
- Select your phone model. We stock up to the latest iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models.
- Place order. Then sit tight and wait in excitement! Our illustrators will begin creating your pet cartoon.
We will send you an email showing you the final design before we print to make sure everything is perfect!
The best photo’s to use
- Close up and centered. We want to ensure we get all of your pets features. So ensure the photo clearly shows your pets face including the neck. The background of the photo is never used.
- Not blurry, filtered, or busy photos. These photos may impact the overall quality and coloring of the final portrait. Ensure the photo you’re sending solely is the pet you want drawn in the pose you’re want.
- Natural lighting or bright. In our experience photos should have minimal filters and use natural lighting so we can contrast the color patterns of your dogs features. Try to avoid shadows in your photo that cover your pet.
We will always reach out to you directly if we believe your photo doesn’t work. So don’t sweat it!
